Terms of Service

LGC LMS — AI Business Automation Platform

1. Agreement

By accessing or using LGC LMS ("the Service"), operated by Larry Group Corporation (KK) ("LGC", "we"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

LGC LMS is an AI-powered business automation platform that provides tool integrations for Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, GCP, and other services, controllable via natural language commands through Claude AI. The Service is provided as a SaaS subscription at lms.lgc.inc.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us at info@lgc.inc of any unauthorized use.

4. Pricing & Payment

Subscription plans and pricing are displayed at lms.lgc.inc. All prices include Japanese consumption tax (10%). Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Usage-based charges may apply in addition to the monthly fee.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees are non-refundable except in cases of critical service failure, at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, (c) interfere with the Service's operation, (d) use the Service to transmit malware or harmful content, (e) resell or sublicense the Service without written agreement.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable Japanese data protection laws. OAuth connections to third-party services (Google, Slack, etc.) are authorized by you and may be revoked at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

LGC retains all rights to the Service, its software, branding, and documentation. You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any data processed through the Service.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Google, Slack, Anthropic, etc.).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGC's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. LGC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version at lms.lgc.inc/terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
